How to cancel Philips Hue

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Philips Hue (listed under a plan name such as Motion Aware Monthly Plan).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page or website.

Overly ComplicatedThe basic functionality is overly complicated. I don’t want to create “scenes” or use any that it comes with, just warm white. I had to use a 3rd Party app to do this. Disappointed after switching from another brand.

Les interrupteurs change de pièce (et c’est carrément impossible de les remettre dans leur pièce d’origine) et les lumières decident tout seul de changer de couleur… je suis un client de Philips Hue depuis des ANNÉES, c’est quoi ce BORDEL?!?
