Impossible to navigateJL used to be so easy to use. Now apparently “new and improved” with so many bells and whistles it’s a chore to navigate. Took me 20 minutes to send a simple birthday card and even then I could not select a delivery TIME. never again!

Much difficulty with the process very unintuitiveThe process of writing a message prior to previewing the card is backwards.
