How to cancel Roku Smart Home

2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Roku Smart Home (listed under a plan name such as 1 Cam Monthly).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead.

Firmware won't updateI used these Cameras for about a month and then the app told me I need to update the firmware. I've tried powering down the camera and my phone and turning them back on. I've tried uninstalling and installing the app. I've tried freeing up space on my phone. Nothing works.

awfuli can’t even get the app to open it opens and closes me out immediately

Worst camera service on earthHalf of the time my cameras dont even work which is a huge security concern. Not only this, but I pay these clowns 3.99 a month per camera just to have access to image notifications.
