Annual renewalAura is pretty intrusive and I was having problems running regular programs and apps. I don’t need most of the features. Unfortunately, it annual renewals itself and is frustrating. Trying to cancel this program!!

Does not stop kids and scam cancellationKids easily work around the parental controls. Contacted their support and they said that the simple work around was known and nothing they can do. VERY tough to cancel as they won’t help via app and then send you in circles. Avoid

Dropped ProtectionEvery time I turn around I’m loosing connection, I don’t feel safe and protected. If my connections dropped over in the middle of the night it’s difficult getting anyone on the phone long wait time in the wee of the early morning and it’s supposed to be 24 /7
