How to cancel Planet Fitness

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Planet Fitness (listed under a plan name such as PF+ Digtal Membership).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page.

Charged after cancelling or during a trial? Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days.

Version 10.0.3 still brokenCheck in history is still inaccurate. Approximately 15 percent of my check-ins are missing in the app. When I login to planetfitness.com on my PC, the checkin history is accurate, but the app is inaccurate. This needs to be fixed.

Planet fitness is greatI’ve been going to Planet Fitness since April. The experience is always consistent from club to club. I have a suggestion to make it even better. Is it possible to make a way to be able to schedule classes on the app at any location, rather than just for your home club?
